July 29, Friday
09:30 Visit PA City Council chambers, meet with PA city officials.
10:30 Depart for Hoh Rain Forest and sightseeing in western Clallam County. Eat sack lunch along the way.
17:00 Return to Red Lion Hotel
18:30 Welcome Party at Gabriel’s home on Gandalf Road off Lower Elwha Road hosted by PIRA

July 30, Saturday
10:00 No-host breakfast - brunch at PA Crab House Everyone is invited to join us
13:00 Meet at Sister City Friendship Bridge at Valley Creek Estuary Park on PA waterfront – short welcome, Presentation on new Hidoke project by PIRA President
14:00 Everyone meets at Vern Burton Community Center near PA City Hall.
14:15 Official welcome by PA deputy mayor
14:30 Free time to meet and greet old friends, make new friends, observe student workbooks, enjoy free snacks and soft drinks.
15:45 Introduction of special guests
16:00 Speeches by various dignitaries
16:30 Grand Finale performance by One World Taiko drummers and dancers from Seattle
17:00 End of celebration
19:00 Adults travel to Seven Cedars Casino for no host dinner

July 31, Sunday
08:00 Charter bus leaves Red Lion Hotel for Seattle
13:05 Seattle Mariners vs Cleveland at Safeco Field
17:00 No host farewell dinner - place to be announced
