My experience in Japan was unbelievable. I not only built a strong relationship with my friends in Japan but also with the group from Port Angeles. On the day visiting the schools, I felt welcome and loved. Everybody surrounded me with warmth and care and I felt like I was home. Everwhere I went people waved and said hi to me. That was a very special day for me because I met so many new friends and penpals that I will keep in touch with for a very long time. I also loved sightseeing and going to the recreation center in Mutsu City. We could just be ourselves with each other. I built a strong relationship with my roomates and everone else there. We could learn to live and talk with each other. Even though the farewell party was very sad I enjoyed taking pictures and remembering the fun times. I made a lot of fun memories but I didn't want to leave. I had so much fun and everyone welcomed me in especially my host family. I have never felt so loved and and welcomed before in my life. Everyone excepted me into their hearts. I can't explain how special all my friends in Japan are and what a fun time I had. Thank you to all of you who helped make this trip possible. I will never forget this trip and I will hopefully be visiting again very soon. I love my friends with all my heart and I will never forget this experience.
