My Trip

In Japan on May 19th, we woke up at 4:00am and went on three different trains to the fish market. Then we went to the hotel were we rested for about an hour. After that we went to the Asakusa Temple.

On May 20th I woke up at 4:00am. We had to leave Tokyo today. We are heading to Mutsu City on bullet trains. They were cool. We were on them for 6 hours before we arrived. I was very happy to see Masashi again.

May 21st was the day that we got to go to our host students school. Richie and I went to Odaira Jr High. We had a lot of fun and the people treated us very nicely. We had to say our introductions on T.V. The classes were fun. They had the same classes as we do here. That night we had a BBQ with all the delegation. At home Masashi and I played the Playstation with a couple of friends.

On May 22nd we went sightseeing around Mutsu City. First we stopped at a mountian that had a great veiw of the city. Then we went to a temple were the Japanese believe the dead pass through before they go to the other side. After that we went to a science museum that was in the shape of a ship. We had lunch there. When we were done with lunch we went to a Nature center were we spent the night.
I woke up at 5:30am and got up my bunk members up to clean our rooms and the bathroom. Then we left the center and Richie and I went to the sport festival at our school. I competed in a four legged race. We left the sports festival at 1:45 to go shopping. Then we went home to get ready for the farewell dinner. The dinner was sad.

May 24th. Today we left Mutsu. We traveled on bullet trains for about 6 hours. We arrived in Narita then we took a bus to Hotel Centraza, were we spent the night.

Our last day, May 25th. We went sightseeing in Narita. We went to another cool temple, then we headed back to the hotel for some shopping. We took a bus to the airport. our plane left at 2:45pm. We arrived in Seattle at 7:45am the same day. We did Tuesday twice. Then we drove to our house.
