Dear Year 2000 Delegates,
It was an exciting trip, and I'm sure you will enjoy it. The only thing that seemed wrong, was that it was so short, and you do not get to stay long. But it is an exciting experience. The best thing about the trip is that you get to meet new friends and try new foods. You will not want to leave, and you will learn about a new culture. You will want to bring no more than $300.00, but spend wisely, this will not last long. Some girls on our trip bought too much and had to borrow money from me! I encourage you to try as much Japanese food as you can. Don't be afraid of the people, they are all really nice and you can talk to them. It will help to know a little bit of Japanese so you can ask questions. Take it from me, as one of the 1999 delegates, you will definetaly have a lot of fun. Good luck!
