March 29, Thursday 
09:00 Delegation arrives: United Airlines #876.
10:30 Leave airport by transportation provided by PIRA.
11:30 Park near waterfront and visit the Seattle Art Museum's new outdoor sculpture park.
12:30 Visit Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners.
14:30 Drive the waterfront to the ferry.
15:00 Depart Seattle
17:30 Arrive in Port Angeles for a spaghetti dinner and welcome at the First Presbyterian Church.
19:00 Go home with host families.


March 30, Friday
08:00 Meet at First Presbyterian Church.
08:45 Dry Creek Elementary for English and Japanese introductions and songs with 1st grade students.
10:15 Jefferson Elementary School with Mrs. Mattie's 2nd grade classroom. Song, craft, and lunch.
12:30 Franklin Elementary School. MAC (Multi Age Classroom students) Japanese / English Games.
14:30 Visit the sister city friendship bridge for a group photo                                                                                  15:00 Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park
17:00 Visit Port Angeles' Swain's store for shopping
17:30 Return to First Presbyterian Church and go home with host families.





March 31, Saturday
07:30 Arrive at Coho Ferry. (Students Need Passports)
08:20 Coho Ferry departs Port Angeles.
09:50 Arrive in Victoria; sightseeing, shopping, and lunch on your own.
15:20 Meet at Coho Ferry.
16:00 Depart Victoria.
17:30 Arrive in Port Angeles and home with host families.

April 1, Sunday
09:00 Host Family Day
17:00 Farewell Dinner. (Students bring disposable cameras to complete camp project)

April 2, Monday
06:15 Meet at bus depot area on Port Angeles' waterfront
06:45 Depart Port Angeles by bus.
09:30 Arrive at Seatac.
12:20 Depart Seatac by United Airlines #875.
